《工程索引》出版形式有印刷版(期刊形式)、电子版(磁带)及缩微胶片。EI选用世界上工程技术类几十个国家和地区15个语种的3500余种期刊和1000余种会议录、科技报告、标准、图书等出版物。年报道文献量16万余条。 Ei Compendex是全世界最早的工程文摘来源。Ei Compendex数据库每年新增的50万条文摘索引信息分别来自5100种工程期刊、会议文集和技术报告。Ei Compendex收录的文献涵盖了所有的工程领域,其中大约22%为会议文献,90%的文献语种是英文。  EI中国:Ei公司在1992年开始收录中国期刊。1998年Ei在清华大学图书馆建立了Ei中国镜像站。2009年以前,EI把它收录的论文分为两个档次 。 2 、EI Page One题录 (也称非核心数据)。主要以题录形式报到。有的也带有摘要,但未进行深加工,没有主题词和分类号。所以Page One 带有文摘不一定算做正式进入EI。Ei Compendex数据库从2009年1月起,所收录的中国期刊数据不再分核心数据和非核心数据。

Abstract: The dynamic changes of bacteria community diversity anddominant bacteria in pickled Ma bamboo shoots with6% salt concentration were studied by the PCR-DGGE technology.After the DNA extraction, the nested PCR,double DGGE gel electrophoresis, gel extraction, DNA sequencing and sequencealignment, 4 clear and bright bands were separated and identified, including theAerococcusviridans, Lactococcus sp., Weissella cibaria, Weissella sp., Methy-lophaga sp.,Alkalibacterium sp., Uncultured bacterium, Lactococcus sp., Lactococcus lactis,Anoxybacillus sp. and Bacillus sp. The dominant bacteria in the earlierthree days of fermentationare Aerococcus viridans,which changed to Weissella cibaria and Lactococcus lactis in the laterperiod. © 2015, Chinese Institute ofFood Science and Technology.All right reserved.

Abstract: Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs), a class of crucially persistent pollutants with two or more fused benzene rings, have attracted growing concern due to their carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects. The biodegradation progress of typical PAHs with different molecular masses by microorganisms including bacteria, fungi and algae isolated from contaminated soil or sediments is reviewed. The biotransformation mechanisms, key enzymes and metabolic pathways of four representative pollutants of naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene and benzo[a]pyrene were discussed. Still, the crucial impacting factors, such as bioavailability of PAHs, microbial activity and environmental factors, to increase biodegradation rate are introduced. Finally, it is advanced that studies on a high-effective microbial consortium and synergetic degradation will be considered as the important means aiming at the diversity of PAHs in the environment, which can effectively avoid the contingency and randomness in the development of PAH-degrading microbes as main direction, and is niche targeting and effective to improve the utilization of available resources.
